In 1980, Marsha embarked on her entrepreneurial path with only a $2,000 loan and a vision to create a service that prioritizes personalized attention and respect for every client. Drawing from her firsthand experience as a court reporter, a role she continues to be certified for, Marsha understood the complexities faced by legal professionals and court reporters alike. Through dedication, strategic decisions, and a commitment to ongoing training, she uncovered the key to delivering top-notch litigation support, while fostering a rewarding career environment for her team.
